Hello lovelies!
I have decided to pursue my dream of becoming a writing worksop teacher and magnificent people in the El Paso community have reached out to me to help me teach my second workshop ever at UTEP next month. I am beyond thrilled. I know it is going to be a lot of hard work, but I am ready to take on the challenge.
Upcoming Readings and Workshop Dates:
August 16th @ Changing Hands Bookstore in Tempe, AZ. I will be the opening reader for Amber Tamblyn on her Any Man Novel tour.
September 19th-21st @ The University of Texas at El Paso, I will be co-teaching with Gris Muñoz. The class is titled, Cosmicxs: Exploring the History of Our Bodies
October 6th @ St. Edwards University in Austin, I will be reading and part of a panel to discuss my novella, ITZÁ. I will also be co-teaching with Leticia Urieta for the Barrio Writers chapter in Austin. More details TBA.
